Heh, heh. Probably puts that sign up at election time. Political campaigners can be obtrusive. I think being brainless, obnoxious, and inconsiderate are the chief qualifications for that job.

I remember the first time I saw this sign, traveling between San Diego and LA back in the 80’s; I actually thought it was a joke. until one day, while moving my sister to San Diego, passing thru the border check point (roughly 80 miles from the CA/Mex border); illegal immigrants started scrambling thru traffic, border patrol agents in hot pursuit, cars screeching to avoid them, It was unbelievable.
