Virtual Fencing on Public Lands

Wanted to share an interesting idea and video regarding virtual fencing of livestock on public lands.
Rotational grazing using virtual fencing seems like it could be a good option to help improve the habitat while decreasing the negative impact of livestock on public lands (by not allowing overgrazing and destroying of specific areas).
I know there are many variables to think about but it seems like it could be a positive for both wildlife/hunters and livestock/ranchers.
