What a tragedy! Words are difficult to describe how sad.

I knew Joe through school activities, as he assisted us with the school archery program, and later we further discussed the elk tagging issue from the Shields River incident. Joe was a great guy and a highly professional FWP warden sergeant.

My prayers go out to the families and especially to his daughter, who is now without a father who was so very close and important to her life.
