Traditions.Didn’t someone start manufacturing a muzzleloader with an integral suppressor that was legal without a stamp due to it not being a firearm and the suppressor being non removable? Would this apply here
This would require a stamp because it would be removable, also the Remington UML receiver is considered a firearm.
One could be pinned and welded to a muzzleloader (unregulated) barrel and be considered permanent. Same goes with airguns.
