I'm using the #7.5s in that setup with my 870. My 1187 likes the IC 562 and #7.5s combo better. Works very well.

Sometimes you just need to go traditional with a vintage shotgun. It is as big a thrill with the choice of gun as it is the size of the bird...

I’ve shot an 870 12 ga my whole life and it’s always done well, but I won a Benelli 20 ga at an NWTF banquet this year.. I put a jebs 555 choke on it, and a Burris fast fire 3, and strictly use Apex Ammunition tungsten. It is amazing. Made a 1 shot clean kill at 71 yards on the last day of this season.
