Help with value of used shotgun

I have a youth model Remington 870, 20 ga, 3". It was going to be my daughter's gun but she hasn't shown any interest in shooting so I'm going sell it to a co-worker and need some advice on a fair price. Its only been shot maybe half dozen times, excellent condition. What does everyone think would be a fair price?

They average 4 to 5 hundred.

Some of the clean vintage ones go a little more.

Why? Give it to her regardless of whether she wants it now or not. A paperless shotguns a great gift to give your daughter
