Kansasdad it was a real gift to take that trip with my dad. And I still have two Illinois tags that I can hunt in a couple weeks. I'll stand a better chance at turkeys in my usual hunting spots.

The Tennessee and Cumberland drainages got slammed in the past month or two and the water still hasn't cleared. You're welcome to come try Kentucky - season opens this weekend!

I have two tags for Illinois and those seasons open in about a week and a half. Maybe I'll try Kentucky another year though. It was pretty country we drove through from Paducah down to LBL.
