My grandpa was the best and most patient man I ever knew. The one and only time in 30 years I got to spend with him where I witnessed him lose his shit was a camping trip to Seeley Lake when I was 7 and it was a direct result of my grandma giving him instructions to back the 5th wheel up into a telephone pole.

My wife does a superb job of staying where I can see her and giving directions that make sense in the cab.

The problem is that occasionally those directions are directly into something...

I have been trying to work with my wife on this topic for 25 years…. Still no luck. I do have my daughter trained to give directions and back up.
