Training Opener

Training season opened here today.Rigged new dog and Magic.Got a decent strike.Cold track.Bear track in mud on the side of the road.Pretty rare to see a track in road here because its so rocky.Dogs ran good for 2 hrs or so and then out of gas.hot and Humid here.Try again tomorrow !!!

Training opens here the 1st of July, it has been real hot here too. Seems like we are getting on a lot more big mean bear this year. One guy has 3 dogs laid up to bear injuries already. I havent seen a bear in a tree yet this year even though we run a couple of them evrey night.

Been out 3 days and havent seen any black yet,Got out run 2 days ,same bear I think,and never jumped the other day.
Going to try different area tomorrow.Hope theres an old fat slow tree loving one there for a change !!
