Thoughts on Idaho Early Rifle OTC tag?

units east of Lewiston 10-20. i do understand wolves have done a number on the elk in these units but curious if decent elk hunting & less crowds than elsewhere in ID for OTC. Also, do not have pack animals so that could be a limiting factor in many of these units

Units 10-20 are taking in a ton of different habitat types, access, etc. sure elk pops across them aren’t what they were 30-40 years ago but they still have elk.
