Well Ithaca, I dont consider being called an ass derogatory. I have always considered it to be a compliment.

Russ, I never ever listen to Limbaugh. Did a few times and learned how he twists some facts to fit his format just like any media type does. So he is just one more media person who doesnt get all the facts right.

At times like this and with topics this emotional, we all tend to be a little edgey... I for one am willing to jump into a group hug and sing Kumbaya and get back to doing what little I can for the guys in the field. Just as a side note to all of this, the lady who's son in with Bravo Company 2cnd. Reg, 1st. Marines sent a big thank you to everyone who contributed toward the care packages. She estimates that she has enough to send somewhere between 2 and 3 thousand packages. Her car is parked in the street and her guest room is full of stuff. More is still coming in. She said that her greatest worry is that he'll be home before she gets all this stuff packed and shipped. Then she said..."I hope!!".
I apologize if I misread anything. I tend to go sideways when I think folks are disrespecting kids in combat. Anyway..

I'd go in their place, but they tell me I'm to old. I support the troops doing the jobs they've been assigned. Probably more then what we received I'm sure.

If you want to argue, argue. You have that right, other died to protect it.
If you don't like the war, go tell somebody who cares. But if you lay down in the street in front of me, your likely to get run over.
