As a Native from the tarheel state "temporarily" living in KY (40yrs) even the promised land has some warts. LeJune as well as Fayetteville. However the mountains & beach in the same state make up for a lot of bad. Now if the elk herd would just expand & we could figure how to import pronghorns it would really be heaven!
