Blackbuck antelope and Fallow deer I recently took in TX this last week. Long drive, cold weather and good food. Both one and done via my Remington 700, 260AI. Boom, flop! MTG

You and the Rem 700 got it done; congrats! I've never had blackbuck, or fallow deer for that matter, but it sounds like you're in for some good eats

Tonight’s dinner consisted of Blackbuck mediations flash seared in butter and garlic. Fried approx. 1 minute on both sides served directly from skillet. Mmmmmmmm……MTG
