TC Encore Hammer problem

You all have been a wonderful source of excellent feedback and advice. That being said...new problem!

I now have a TC Encore ML, and mounted a scope on her. The problem I'm having is the clearance between the hammer and the scope. I can barely get my thumb in between the hammer and the scope. Any advice? I'm looking into hammer extensions, or higher rings, but i like my optics pretty close to the weapon.

Any help would, again, be greatly appreciated.

You're solutions are limited. 1. Hammer extension. 2. Taller scope mounts. 3. Replace frame with a Pro Hunter or later model that has the hammer swivel.

I had a buddy send his frame in and tc installed the prohunter hammer on his because he liked it on my encore plus no need for a ffl since you already own it..... It did take awhile though so maybe an extension through hunting season then ship it off
