Tags/Points for young kids?

My sister just had baby #2 and I started thinking about the future and hunting. As a "cool" uncle, are there any states I can start building points in for young kids? I would like to work on points so they can use them when they are mid 20s-30s and don't have to wait to build points like I did at an older age.
