Does anyone have any recommendations for a quality gunsmith around the valley?

I just can't figure out what the hell is wrong with this rifle.

Isolated the nut behind the trigger, the scope and the ammo variables. I tried Jim at Elite Rifle Works in Nampa,
but I prefer him for basic stuff. He gave it a 5 minute once over and gave me some basic recommendations
that you would give a first time rifle owner. I wish Ed Sweet was still in biz.

I need someone to go through it with a fine tooth comb and I'm willing to pay to do so. Also willing to ship it if I need.

Used to be a good one in Mountain Home Id, Tom Moyer. I don't know if he is still around, but you could research him. He made Moyer Triggers for Ruger rifles.

Mcm in nampa has done a few of my cerakote jobs, they seem to know their stuff.

Essentially it went from a 3/4 MOA gun for 6 years to 2.5 - 3MOA, or worse. Tried multiple brand new scopes, a couple different shooters, handloads, factory ammos, etc.
Isolated each of those variables one at a time over about a 2 year span when I've had time.

Waiting to hear back from Tony. I'll report back with a review for sure and with what he hopefully finds. Thanks again for the referrals.
