A few pic.'s from the weekend in SW Colorado.

Some of the scenery driving throught the "backyard" to Pagosa Springs..

A nice catch for dinner...lots of filleting

The crappie weren't biting but did manage to catch another species of fish...

Another successful fisherman on the lake... doing it primitive style... didn't know these little dudes actually could catch fish...

I think that this was the point where he figured out he bit off more than he could chew (figuratively speaking)...

Nice stringer of perch. As a kid, we threw all the perch and bluegill back in the reservoir. We never thought anyone actually ate them!

The lake was Sullenburger Reservoir, not far from Echo Canyon Reservoir where the state record bass was caught....

How is that snake gona swallow that fish?... I know they can unlock their jaws but that looks like a big stretch.... Great pics by the way... thanks for them.
