Are you happy with it or would you buy a different one if you were to do it all over. Obviously the replacement time was ridiculous. I’m just curious if you are happy with it, all the other things aside?

Ya happy with it the replacement time was out of their hands it had to go back into the atf wait list. I tried getting them to stamp me a new one with the old number on it and legally they couldn’t

Very happy with my Scythe for a hunting suppressor. I have quieter, but they are also longer and heavier.

The Scythe uses a ti hub that’s lighter and shorter than the hub for my Nomad, so I use the Scythe hubs in the Nomad as well.

Brand new can it hand under 20 shots on it I can’t find the pic for the life of me. Did not strike the can I sent it in to silenceco and they deemed it a catastrophic failure on their end. I went back a week later when the snow melted and found the end it was clean it literally blew the can up. It sucked I got it out of jail that day and then it took 14 months to replace it after all that. They also stuck me with another tax stamp

Maybe 100 shots, they didn’t ask a single question, sent in and a new can was in my hand in just over a week.

I’m new to the suppressor game. There’s a lot to digest. I’m starting to narrow it down but realizing there isn’t a perfect can. Weight, noise reduction, hubs, adapters, length, etc. make it tricky.
Good to hear from guys that have experience with them

I’d advise you go with a 30 cal in a 10” model as light as you can afford. It will still work just fine on anything under 30. My 17 wsm has my first can I got on it and it’s rated for a lapua.

I’ve had mine about 5 years it really whacks things for a rim fire
