Note the white legs on the deer we called “Socks”. I didn’t shoot it.

It is actually a 1914 Danzig Mauser 98 that someone had sporterized before my dad got it in 1965. I like the Williams peep sight.

I have thought about having it rehabbed, but I think I will leave it the way I got it.
