For this batch it was 2 pounds straight deer burger and 1 pound of homemade pork garlic sausage.

First time flying solo making venison lasagna for my daughter's birthday. 11X17 pan stacked over the top. 3 boxes of noodles, 4 pounds of cheese! Scale says 18.8 pounds. It better turn out good!
