A day I won’t soon forget. The emotions I had after getting promoted to the rank of Fire Captain are tough to explain. I don’t for a second take all the credit for getting to this point. I’ve had so much help along the way. The sense of pride I feel looking at this picture almost brings me to tears. I can only pray my little girl still looks at me like this forever. I’m a blessed fella, what a great weekend.

Went out looking around from pronghorn yesterday in a last ditch effort to pick a unit to apply in.

Watched this doe give birth to one of her 2 fawns...amazing how quickly they stand. Tough little things.

Great photos. I should be hunting with the kids not too far from you in unit 50 this fall. Hopefully will run into one or two like that bedded buck.
