For the happy high hipsters who enjoy the relatively new now legal proliferation of marijuana factories and outlets, the one a few miles SW of Gallatin Gateway shown as all the horizontal gray structures across the center of the photo below is likely the largest pot producer in Montana and has kinda stunk up the real estate value of the neighbor who wishes to sell. (Ironically, the same neighbor who adamantly argued against growth planning and development constraints a decade ago.)
