Finished b-backs...whipped up a haphazard version of Hill Country Pig Sauce (Blue Hog) cut with a little apple cider vinegar, butter, a dash of adobo, cumin, butter garlic seasoning in a small sauce pan blend mixed over low flame.

This past week has been a hot one and one afternoon it included a short thunderstorm and the neighbors place caught fire. This was a phone pic one of the firefighters sent me of one of my sons and the tractor he took over there. It never got into their fields, but sadly the canyons and sagebrush were a deer sanctuary.

Pygmy Rabbits in there? They have tough luck with the fires.
