I was fortunate to snag a few photos of some beautiful honey bees visiting a few flowers. The Tennessee State Parks have a program that maintains hives and sells the honey at their wildlife centers, and it seems to be working!

Today was one of the hottest days ever on record in our part of Oregon , temp was supposed to peak around 110 , my good friend has a place on a creek , 15 min away , we spent 6 hours sitting in the creek enjoying the quiet life .

JO , she just wanted to play fetch all day

After a few beers it was time for the log jump


And after a few more beers I had the courage to jump off the rock , the wife never followed on this one


All around a great day with friends , and a great way to beat the heat
