Kid was over the top. I really had fun for a change. mtmuleyNice, at least he appreciates it. Nice gesture.
I use ps seasonings but either one is great. X2 on the board and the clamps for sureWaltons.com is the place to get everything to make great stuff with it.
Pro tip, mount it to a board with recessed bolts. Then you can then clamp to your table without chasing it or scratching everything up.

What did you use for a seasoning if you don't mind me asking.Just did 23 pounds of antelope jalapeno and cheese summer sausage. View attachment 302485
I did the same, I ordered mine from Waltons. A lot of it is Excalibur seasoning resold under different names. What did you use for a seasoning if you don't mind me asking.
Yah I've noticed the same. I was asking are you guys using like an original summer sausage seasoning then adding the peppers and cheese? That's typically how I do mine.I did the same, I ordered mine from Waltons. A lot of it is Excalibur seasoning resold under different names.
Yes if you have a big stuffer, that 5lbs one would drive you nuts constantly filling it. We use a 15lbs and it’s a good fit.So I have been stuffing burger straight from the grinder.
Does the sausage stuffer work more efficiently for stuffing burger in to the 1 lb plastic sacks?
