Smoked Chex Mix

Fresh batch of smoked Chex Mix today. I use the perforated foil pans the $ store sells so everything really soaks up the smoke.

I used Hickory this time. About 2 1/2 hours on the 165 degree heavy smoke setting. The mix recipe was just whatever was on the box of Chex and I threw in some Cheez It's.
