Dang, man, bad luck and sorry to hear it. I had an outbreak at the ripe old age of 37. I had figured it out before visiting the doctor's office and made the suggestion to the nurse. The doctor came in a few minutes later, took a peek at my left side and said, well I have good news and bad news. The good news is that you're too young to have shingles. The bad news is that, yep, you have shingles. Lucky for me it was a relatively minor case and I have a fairly high tolerance for pain. What hurt the most is walking out of the pharmacy with a prescription for Valtrex wondering if that pretty pharmacist thought I had scabs on my pecker. Had to walk around work for a couple weeks with my hand on my hip all sassy like to keep from rubbing up against the rash, but it wasn't so bad.
Wishing you a speedy recover and that they don't come back ever again. Try to relax more often!
