Put the corn beef on at 10am just came off letting it rest while I get the cabbage, potatoes, and carrots done.

It’s probably more Irish than we are having; honey garlic shrimp over fried rice.

Must be a theme. Orange chicken and fried rice tonight.

Spent the day cooking cause why the heck not.

Corned moose smoked along with some red cabbage and red potatoes.

Made a Sheppards pie as well, just to make sure we are covered.

The wife whipped up a green loaf of sour dough for the kids.

All tasted great!

Corned some beef brisket from Costco and a chunk of elk round roast, came out awesome. Watching Darby O'Gill and the little people, kids set a leprechaun trap, unfortunately only had some tequila for bait, no good Irish whiskey on hand so he'll probably escape again.
