Be careful out there this season guys just had my first piece of hunting equipment stolen for the year. Set my gear out in my office to prepare for a upcoming dove hunt came back a hour later and my mojo decoy was gone. Fortunately I was able to catch the thief red handed from what I could tell she had absolutely no remorse for her actions.20200815_115505.jpg

The gangs of decoy thieves have learned that the best ones are started early. A little time in Juvie, and they get released back into society to perpetuate the cycle. SAD!!

(I hope your season gives you as big a smile as your little one‘s smile)

Get used to it. I have 2 boys, my hunting/fishing gear is regularly raided. Its a good problem to have.

Unfortunately she has the judge wrapped around her finger so the sentence was a mere slap on the wrist. Payback for all of the gear I "borrowed" from my dad. She's 4 and my boy's 5 so I'm sure it's just the beginning of my missing gear.

Kids love those mojos my kids are all young and get to arguing over who get to carry it to the truck and to the field

Man I hate a thief but at least your’s fessed up and looks innocent. My robberies are usually along the lines of:
Me: Babe where did you put my hunting stuff?
Babe: What hunting stuff?
Me: The hunting stuff I had on the table.
Babe: I don’t know. I moved a bunch of stuff into the cabinets and in shop because it was on the table.

My soon to be two year old loves to sit in the driver's seat and play with the wheel and all the buttons. As I'm jump starting my truck on the jobsite at the end of the day I couldn't help but laugh. He turned the marker light switch on the night before. He also somehow busted the guts out of one my zink goose calls then disposed of the evidence in the yard somewhere.
