I have a Christensen ranger that shoots extremely well. I bought for same reason to have a can on. Once u go suppressed on anything hard to not want 1 for everything.

When I’ve been around people using suppressors with centerfire rifles, you still need ear protection. Not so with a 22, and especially with subsonic. IMO, suppressors shine brightest on rimfires for this reason. Why a suppressor on a .22 LR? mtmuley
Kinda where I’m at. It’s just perfect for plinking. No ear pro, the extra weight makes the barrel hang.I put a suppressor on a 22 pistol so I can shoot grouse during rifle hunting
There are several Youtube reviews where the Springfield doesn't feed and doesn't shoot. Also, there are several threads about guys having QC issues with their Springfield Waypoint centerfire rifles...The new Springfield bolt action seems pretty nice to me
That stinks. They’re a great looking gun that seems to handle closer to full size than lots of rimfires as well as accepting 10/22 magazinesThere are several Youtube reviews where the Springfield doesn't feed and doesn't shoot. All manufacturers put out lemons, but so far the customer service demonstrated by Springfield has been passive-aggressive and adversarial. Coupled with their suspect QC I'd say those are a hard pass from me. Shame because on paper they are pretty cool with attractive features...
Shooting squirrels in a residential neighborhood?
As I sit here on my deck watching a squirrel laying in the bird feeder gorging himself. Hard to not have immoral thoughts.feral cat
Lady living there was happy to have a few less roaming around. As were all the birds.www.hunttalk.com
I’m thinking this should be on my short list.Very happy with my Bergara B14r. Shoots SK standard + very well.
Why a suppressor on a .22 LR? mtmuley
+1 on the 69a. Mine will shoot nickel sized groups at 50 yards with Lapua match.Win. Model 69a. Bolt, or an old annchutz bolt.
Nope. Shot a suppressed .223. I wasn't really wowed by it. mtmuleyI’m assuming you’ve never shot one on a rimfire?
