In most hunting related forums, I’m the “odd man out”! While we have several (lots) of rifles.....the wife and I use “only” one rifle (his and hers) for all of our big game hunting, from antelope/deer, up to and through moose. One rifle,one caliber, one bullet ( Bullets have changed as Barnes improves it’s technology), and one zero.....mine since 1990, hers since 1996. We did change scopes about 5 or 6 years ago.
We do have varmint rifles, though we often use our hunting rifles for varmints.....great practice. We also have 22 RFs, for general plinking and small game. memtb
