Great, thank you. That's what I ordered but feared it would be too low for bolt clearance. Good to know it works.

The Leupy Ultralight is really low profile, and has a narrower eyepiece, so clearance is not an issue at all. I ordered the mediums and lows, tried the lows first, and then sent the mediums back.

That's a wrap. The rifle has taken its first game, and in good fashion. It has been one heck of a process. I feel sorry for the rest of the rifles in my safe now.

Hands down if I had the $$$$ this man would build my rifle. My son has a 7mag he built that is without a doubt the most accurate 7mag I've seen.

I had the privilege of drooling on both Ross' .260 and J.R.'s Mashburn in May. They are both incredibly nice rifles. Great attention to detail on both. Definitely plants the seed in a guys head to get one built.

I especially like the finish and paint you went with on yours Ross. I think you must've been an interior decorator or something similar in a different life.
