as I stumble thru refining my reloads I just found that even seperating by headstamp might be an issue, the FC headstamp casings are weighing in at 182 gn and 163 gn groups also,,,, might be why my groups have fliers?? hmmm,, weighing the bullets next,,,,,

Long ago I talked with a Tech, at Weatherby, about my newly purchased 7mm Mag. He told me they used Win ammo pretty much cuz they got got the best 'Lot' price. No Other reason. I'm sure the Reloading Manual dudes do just the same......
As a personal choice, I'll pick Norma 1st...and then Federal 2nd. Just my choice. If you're reloading, you can make any brass work. Just gotta tweek it.
