Last admin we had a guy obviously on a mental decline couldn't talk with out a teleprompter boarders were not secure it was a mess and hunting rights under attack in every democratic state

Now we have a guy that constantly goes off the rails the doge is over the top should have handled that differently. This tariff stuff going back and fourth threats to public lands. both are dumpsterfires and those that are blind and see the sides they support as the one who make no mistakes and are the best options are the ones that are hurting us the most

Do you know whether free trade is the objective or not? I understand Fair Trade is the objective. Trump wants Canada to lower, or remove their tariffs.
As the US imposes tariffs on Canada, they will soon realize that the tariffs they charge on dairy and lumber are outrageous. It's too bad we have to teach Canada a lesson like a 5 year old. At least Trump is standing up to Canada instead of just putting up with it.

Free trade should always be the objective. Why tax US citizens with higher prices for some stupid trade war? If Canada wants to punish its citizens with higher prices from tariffs, I don’t care.

US steel manufacturers raised prices to match the last tariff. I know from the very large price increases experienced by my customers from all US steel companies.

US Steel manufacturers will do it again.

Great. Everything we buy using steel will cost more but we get no benefit from the tariff.

Stupid economics.

Who cares that Canada is making its citizens pay more for milk to protect an industry that can’t produce milk at the same price as the US?

US dairy farmers don’t care because they never see a dollar of the milk sent to Canada. Dairy farmers are getting paid US market commodity price for milk by the milk facilities. Milk production facilities might care but the US is the largest market in the world for dairy.

A whole lot of angst about selling milk to Canada for no reason.

Canadians should be furious about 270% milk tariffs because that raises their price of milk. But I don't give a shit how much Canadians pay for milk. I do care how steel tariffs will impact steel roofing and aluminum tariffs will affect the price of beer cans.
