OK, I'm going on a pig hunt in Feb and would like opinions.
The pig feeders are continuously lit with green lights.
We all have red lights on our rifles.
Red and green light makes yellow light.
Will it spook the pigs if we turn on our red shooting lights?

Seems to me about the only thing that spooks pigs is scent.

Depends on the feeder lights you probably won’t even need shooting lights at all.

Not sure if this is helpful but I use a green flashlight mounted on my crossbow and it has a green dot scope. The pigs act like they don’t even see the green light. I haven’t tried any other colors.

Well on definitive answer on the red-green thing.
But we did hit the pig at 60 yards with everything we tried. Even the 45 lc but that was at 40 yards.
We each shot 5 shots with 3 guns each the three of us. I was hoping the pig target would move more when we hit it. We had to walk out after each volley.
The only gun with a troublesome flash was the 8mm RM.
The AR's have Sound mitigation devices and the flash was way smaller.
Here is a short of me shooting the 8mmRM. Watch it in slow-mo it looks more like a flame thrower.
