MWF is the only sportsmen organization with lobbyists at the capitol every day. Consider a membership. MSA is very active in the political arena and is all volunteer; please donate. PLWA is the lead on access issues; please join. MBA is the lead group on bowhunting issues; please join.
These groups are the folks fighting for your rights and doing well representing sportsmen in Montana. Join us and help out.

Montana TU has a lobbyist up there everyday as well. Don't forget those folks.

MT TU does some incredible work. Worth a membership, IMO.

Every sportsman, and recreationist should join one of the local outdoors groups. Many are affiliated with the Montana Wildlife Federation, some are not.

If you don't have the time to head to Helena 2 times a week or more, joining one of the groups affiliated with a lobbyist is a good idea.

My local sportsmans group is a affiliate club of MWF, and we send money to them to lobby on our behalf every year. Our main yearly fund raiser event is tonight.

Montana Sportsman's Alliance is a loose knit org. There's no elected positions, just a leadership group that ties the people together, and works on issues, and politicians. The intention of this group was to hold politicians accountable to sportsman for their actions, Uphold the "Public Trust Doctrine", and follow the "North American Model for Wildlife Conservation".

Make sure the group you decide to join is legit.

There's a few phony organizations that pretend to work for sportsman, but in reality are looking further their own agenda of privatization, and commercialization of our wildlife.

Ask them if they believe in the "North American Model".

Check them out before you join.

A few bucks donated to one of these groups will go a long way to insure what we all treasure is secure.

If your name is not on a mailing list of one of these orgs. fighting for sportsman you need to fix that today.

TU can kiss the fattest part of my ass. Freaking fake bastards with their anti native fish/walleye work and funds diversions, all in the name of the introduced brown and rainbow trout.
