ok.... so as a NR , I went on and bought a B tag for HD 703 . My question is , can I purchase another one > ( more than one ) ? thanks for any input or help. :D

I wasn't aware they broke out region 7 for B tags...The regs state "A hunter may possess a total of seven deer B licenses in any combination."

Ok thanks . That's what I thought. And yes this year they sold B muley tags for Region 7.

Directly from the regulations.

Deer B License. Purchase beginning August 3.
007-00: Unlimited. One per hunter. Antlerless White-tailed Deer B License. Valid in all Region 7 HDs.
• Sep 05 - Oct 18 - Antlerless White-tailed Deer. Archery Only Season.
• Oct 24 - Nov 29 - Antlerless White-tailed Deer.
007-01: 2000 B Licenses. Residents only. 2nd Antlerless White-tailed Deer B License. Valid in all Region 7 HDs.
• Sep 05 - Oct 18 - Antlerless White-tailed Deer. Archery Only Season.
• Oct 24 - Nov 29 - Antlerless White-tailed Deer.

The muley does need a break. I'd rather see somebody bait in and shoot Jericho the lion, Cecil's brother.

I also have a big game combo tag so I'm looking more for a mature buck but I want the B tag for meat in case I don't get a nice buck . I'm not 100% sure the fwp should have made any B tags available for region 7 but they did and someone's gonna fill them so ...:D

LPT: 703-02
750 Licenses.
Sep 05 – Oct 18
Antlerless Mule Deer. Archery Only Season.
Oct 24 – Nov 29
Antlerless Mule Deer. General Season

This is what I got , it don't say if there's a limit ? Thanks to all for any input

I think I might have the whole family apply for muley doe b tags next year, where they shouldn't be offered. Just to put in the Ziploc bag of unused licenses. Should have done it this year.

Yeh I agree with u . Honestly , I'd say theres a 99% chance I don't fill it . There's still around 1000 region 7 muley doe tags available tho and someone's gonna shoot em .

In 2013 FWP decided to halt muley doe killing due to dwindling numbers. Miraculously, in 2 years, time to piss-pound them again. Next year, we'll need a special "damage" season to deal with all the river bottom does, while deer go extinct on the National Forest and BLM.

I myself, living in region 7, agree with Greenhorn on this as the numbers are still way low.

I couldn't agree more, they should not have issued b mule deer tags and I don't even agree with the the B wt tags, but as was stated they issued them and someone is going to kill them. I wish I had a bunch of people that could buy their allowed amounts and throw them in the trash

I will add if someone buys tags and fills them I have absolutely no problem with it. If it's legal enjoy, I just wish it wasn't offered

Were the quotas issued before or after the FWP RECIEVED their new budget? I could see the increasing the number of tags just to make a few bucks, cause I know early this spring their pocket book was looking pretty bad.

In my areas the deer seem to be in concentrated places, I have seen all that many fawns this year which is surprising given the mild winter/spring. A couple more years of no md does would've been nice. I Guess on the wt might as well shoot them before ehd gets em. Region 7 is a huge area so maybe there are lots more deer south or west. It was said before but probably a case of a few lo with some clout.
