I have a ton of stuff that I need to get done. Most are carry over items from at least the last couple years.

Get the 1970ish D7 bulldozer on my land in Colorado started up and moved to somewhere that I can maybe get it sold and hauled off. I have thought about keeping it to maintain the roads/trails but the blade is 15’ wide and most of the roads/trails are about half that wide.

Get a well house built out of the fake stump that I bought last year.

Change out my aquarium fish shed to an outdoor kitchen instead. Probably use a contractor for this one.

Start clearing things off my property that I’m selling so that it won’t be such a big chore when it closes.

Got some landscape work that needs to be done to fix a gully that’s forming. Shape it, pack it, fabric, and rip rap. Asked a local landscaper for a price but haven’t heard back. Might end up renting a mini ex and doing it myself.
Other than that my wife wants to paint some rooms.
We are going to try and shoot for having all our projects done by June 1. There’s only about 20ish wknds in the summer. I want to have that time for fishing and camping and being outdoors with my family, not slaving away on honey-do’s.

I just got construction complete on basement remodel a couple weeks ago, celebratory beers were had...over the last 2-3 years I've done a full basement remodel, remodeled my kids bathroom, hired a contractor for a major remodel of kitchen and main floor and replaced a failed walk-in shower in our master bath.

Time for a break...
Well, all the talk of threads and cans and such around here combined w a moment of weakness over the weekend and it looks like I've picked up a project for 2025 after all...
