Preference Points vs Bonus Points

I wish I could see how many NRs applied for those four tags(assuming tag numbers and favored units haven’t changed) the very first year CO went to a preference point system.

Agree - that would be interesting.

Made me curious though - The oldest report on the CPW website is from 2005:

- 7NR tags available
- 377 NR applicants
- Min NR Point level to draw that year was 16 (which was the same as Resident points needed since it was still 65%/35% per hunt code back then and LO tags are off the top so for non-LO tags, it actually worked out to 61/39)






So - it has creeped almost exactly 1 point/year (as expected in a pure preference system for a tag like that)
