What does the distance from an Interstate have to do with anything? Just because you are close to syphilization you should be safe?

What about topography? What about vegetation type? Seems to me those are more likely the risk factors to having you house burned down.

I also heard a rumor some of the neighborhoods had HOA required Cedar Shake Shingles on every house. If true that is even smarter.
