Looks awesome! I fry it up in the cast iron in leftover bacon grease for a similar result. Usually pour some margarita (if I’ve made some) or ginger beer over it at the end and let it cook down for some traditional carnitas sweetness.Took yesterday's leftover pulled pork added kinders carnita seasoning and put in the broiler for 5-10 minutes. I used to have those same dinner plates.Since I also went above the fine china I'll call this deer burger a chopped steak with a little bearnaise sauce and fried red taters and beans, both from the garden.
