You add meat to a grilled cheese, it’s a panini.

Can’t eat the kangaroo and rabbit. Makes me jumpy

It all looks fantastic.
 
Chef’s choice tonight since I have guests. One small filet mignon, 2 venison loin steaks, one Wagyu ribeye and some crab cakes. I’ll slice it up on a serving platter and let everyone have a variety. I figured I better get a pic now, because once it hits the serving platter my kids will devour it. 😆

A friend from work brought me a couple packages of antelope last fall and I just thawed out the one marked "deer roast". It looked like it was most of a boned out hind quarter cut kind of strange. Pan fried a slice in butter to taste and wasn't impressed with it. Therefore, today I made antelope fajitas! Not bad at all!
