Plate ‘em up

Back home Rochester, NY delicacy. The garbage plate. 2 cheeseburgers over macaroni salad and homefries covered with a red chili like meat sauce without beans. Mine just happens to be made with moose burger...Now if I only had a Labatt Blue to go with it...

I used to be a segregated eater growing up. Had to finish one portion before moving on to the next. Cracks me up now, that looks delicious! I love mixin now!

I read your description when Dave quoted you before I saw the picture. I was skeptical after the description. That looks a lot better than it sounded. I’d give it a try.

Side note: Does anyone else think Lablatt’s tastes better in states that border Canada and then even better in Canada?

Wild turkey breast from last year, rice, and mixed veggie stir fry. Maybe this will give me good mojo for turkey season this year....I still can't get a good food pic with my phone, but a $.50 clearance walmart plastic bowl holds just as much food and it tastes just as good as a fancy pic worthy plate :p

Worst plated picture ever but these were lamb chops. We are in beef country and I don’t think I have ever had them but a neighbor raised some so we got one. Pretty damned good! Much better than expected. Supplemented with our pork!View attachment 324856View attachment 324857
I love Idaho lamb chops. Keep them rare and rosemary and garlic do the job!
