Pity Party Time

Yep it's pity party time.

Friday is my last day at work. Internal strife amongst the 5 co owners have led to them closing up the place . Dont know the details but really it doesnt matter. Plus it Really ticks me off because I wanted to quit em first.

But I do have a possible job with 2 of the coowners come next week. I have to see what the offer is though before I commit.

yea it's the real world. that is why you do things you dont want to do. after all we still have kids to home to think about not just me and him.
It would be nice to say hay you a ass hole I not working for you. but there is no way Fred. he thinks about his family frist then himself.

The rest of the people suspect something is up.(Some actually have some intelligence). It is difficult not to say anything about it.

I went to the place they are attempting to start up again. Man what a dungeon. No windows at all and poor lighting.

Then I ask em about wages and stuff and no firm answer was given. I guess they want us to take a cut in pay. They want us to wait til Monday to discuss it. So I guess I will just keep my tool box away from the other place until I get some details.

In the end I will do what I believe is best for the family even if it means to swallow some pride to do it. To me that is being a real husband and Dad.

As a single Dad I've been there, done that!! I found that pride is pretty to swallow when the rent is due, self-pride is an excuse for not doing what you need to. Good Luck!
