Pink camo, #dadbodhunter, and a whole lotta stupid!

7 deer fronts and 2 deer hinds processed tonight. 4 more deer hinds to go and a full elk. Glad I’m not paying the processing bill this year but all those animals are really starting to add up now. Scraps are still just bad sealed and frozen in large bags to grind later this winter.

Garage fridges are pretty much full. Still have room in the chest freezer. But I haven’t even started to grind any of the animals yet. That’s going to require a phased approach due to space concerns. Still have that big cow remaining. That will have to wait till another night.

Nope that’s the extra special stuff. 60 day dry aged elk and a 90 day French mold spore specialty beef steak.

I got that steak and a couple bags of bison for helping my buddy out at his meat shop one day.
