My sons enjoy shooting in PRS matches when they can and one of the stages occasionally at matches is a boat simulator (wooden deck suspended by chains). They decided they wanted to use a real boat from a pond here on the farm as practice.

Today's picture. Blue Jay. I watched a pair looking for a nesting location. It looks like they have some interest in the tangle of dead Jack Pine branches.

Earlier today it looked like Mother Nature was about to give us another lesson on who's in charge.

A short time later the last field of onions we have to plant, and were planting at the time, looked like this.

I hope Mother Nature is in a dry & sunny mood tomorrow. Today was game-set-match; Mother Nature wins again!

If we can dodge the rain, I suspect some corn will be going in the ground around here this weekend.

Located all of the parts; so the boys got to have "shop class" this week. Only a little guidance/help from me and they had it put together.

Ran across this old building in a neighboring town. I have lived close to this town my whole life, and have never seen this building before or heard of the good Dr. The building is less than 1 block off of the main road that I have driven very often. Hiding in plain sight.
