Pickled eggs.

My pickled eggs are very similar to @westbranch recipe, though I toss in some peppercorns and and also dump any leftover pepperoncini juice into the brine. Yummmm, that and a couple of stouts and dont get downwind!

I'm a fan of about anything spicy, been buying these two items of late to throw into the Sunday bloody marys!

I had a friend that raised quail for fun and proffit. He would put up a lot of jars of pickled quail eggs. They were great but because of the size you would end up popping them like peanuts and before you knew it you had eaten a couple of pounds of eggs.

After an hour or so you definitely knew you had eaten a couple of pounds of pickled eggs.
