Photo Regrets

Thanks Dinkshooter.they are bad, but they are mine!

Jose, my answer is, this is a photo regret thread, and disposables don't have timers..at least mine didn't.That was if I had the forethought to even have a disposable!

I did have a nice new digital when I killed my biggest bull, it had dead batteries. everything in my pack too AAA's and the camera took AA's. I dont even know if I can dig up a bad pic of that bull.

I do the same thing......

What about diesel tanks? What kind of hunt is that?

This is gotta be my best so far. Redneck bling gleaming in the sunliight. Sitting on a deer in the back of the truck. I actually think we used to put them in the pick-ups just for the pic. My scanner is smoking, welcome to dinkville, welcome to hell!!!!!!!!!

I would say there is a 90% chance this buck is either in a landfill or at least a dark attic. Son of my fathers highschool friend. Not really into it. Of course who does the buck run to suicide style?

I was trying to say you hit him with a truck:D

The gang photo is pretty good. To bad no one had their shirt off:D

That's a hunt 90+ miles from the nearest gas station.

How many 20 year old guys can fit into one pic with a decent buck? Sadly, this is the only photo of this buck that I know of.

Ha! this one takes it for me. Your buddy striking the pose on a knee with the goatee and jerry curls is priceless.

Ha, or a spud MCkenzie or Coors light T shirt!

Just a WAG Dink, but are those pic's with the cottonwoods in them from the Burns area?

I dig the roll bars in the Toyota! Very appropriate for the time !

And that's a Gnarly old buck in the Chevy, what a head !

Nope not Burns.

I guess I did try to take a camera out in the woods, didn't work to well.

My right foot actually has a cast on it with a pleather walking boot(Sitting down). Pines needles really hurt inside a cast. What a dip.

Anyone else dumb enough to drag bulls out of the woods? Must have been 1 1/2 -2 miles. Taste like dirt.

holy chit dinkshooter,

how old are you??? man your pictures span decades HAHAHHA

btw drop tine bull still has his antlers. going back after him tomorrow. it was chilly out today. warmed up to 5 above.

I just wish we took pictures of game growing up! I doubt I can find more than 2 dozen pics of my family before, after or during a hunt. Heck, I think the only ones we have of my dad's largest buck are it hanging from the basketball pole.

As an aside, if you have slides, they scan much better than prints. The quality of your photo's may be due more to the quality of scanner. One of the local shops doesn't scan prints, instead they've set up a SLR with a macro lens to take full size close up pics. These turn out better than scans IMO...

Thanks Pointer. I may look into the SLR Macro deal.

Hunting regret? Went to the Bighole in August 2002. I then talked to the bio, he said wait till October 1st to go back. Big Mistake. 2 weeks and this was the biggest bull found. I call it the suckhole.

Ya, too bad you didn't catch up with that velvet bull. All I know about moose is, if you have one spotted, you best make your move ! the damn things may be in the next county by tomorrow. But, I'm sure your aware of that.

I am now. Not August 2002:rolleyes:

There is also plenty of tags there. Plenty of easy access as well. They probabaly got smoked early.
