What are you naming that beaut? How it arrived just after lunch . . .
45 minute assembly, 2 guys. . .
I was inches away from a RecTeq, but I ended up getting a Louisiana Grill (PB’s rich uncle) for $600 at Costco and then they gave me a $200 Shopper Card on top off it. So far it’s been the best $400 I’ve ever spent.
That being said, I am skeptical of some of the thin metal parts.
My first pellet grill was Green Mountain and it ended up needing a new auger assembly, two auger motors, a control board, two heat sensors, and a firepot. I would hade kept rebuilding it but the sheet metal that held the heat deflector and the grates rusted out beyond repair.
Post some gratuitous hero shots of some trophy meals when you get a chance!
