Pellet Grill/Smoker

I just got a Pit Boss 820 a few weeks ago after tossing the idea around for almost 2 years. I wish I'd have got it sooner, I made chicken quarters, turkey drum sticks, moose meat balls, and antelope sausage so far on it and its all been great. I will still use the Webber for burgers and steaks though.

I just got a rec tec stampede last week. So far I've done chicken leg quarters, salmon, asparagus, a boston butt, and a reverse seared thick cut NY strip. All have been good. I'd have to say it was the best steak I've had in a long time. I added a grill grate sear kit to my order and have been pleased with its performance thus far. Honestly its just been fun to play with, and the wifi control and built in meat thermometers are super slick!IMG_1054.jpg581128023.jpg

My brother FIL has 2 traegers and one caught fire. I have read it was a pretty big issue they were having. Ive heard nothing but great things about green mountain grills though.
